Rising Senior Tessa Knapp is the 2023-24 Gatorade Ohio Girls Soccer Player of the Year! She is the first to be chosen from Bay High School. The award celebrates the nation’s top high school athletes for excellence on the field, in the classroom and in the community. Congrats!

Congrats to recent BHS grads Annelise Larsen & Kayla Surovi who recently participated in the US Rowing Youth Nationals in Sarasota, FL. They are part of a quad boat that advanced to the national semifinals. In the podium pic, Kayla is 3rd from left & Anneliese is to her right.



Besides finishing as State Runners-up in Girls LAX Division II, players Ella Boehringer and Riley LaVogue recently received All-American honors, and Coach Victoria Budzyn was named NorthCoast US Lacrosse Coach of the Year! What a season! #BeProudToBeBay




The Ohio Art Education Association selected Bay High Art Teacher Thomas Schemrich as a recipient of its 2024 Outstanding Art Teacher Award. Only 13 art educators across the state received this award. Honorees will be recognized this November at the association's conference.

BMS 6th graders visited Cleveland Museum of Art to see the art & cultures they studied in Social Studies with Mrs. Guinter & Mrs. Randjelovic--Ancient China, Ancient India, Mesopotamia, Egypt and 5 World Religions. They also saw works from artists they studied in Art Class.
