Monroe and Smith share a moment with their dad, Doug MacIntosh, almost exactly a year before he retired from the USAF. He flew in on Air Force 2 to Burke Lakefront to surprise his family and give them a tour of the aircraft. #MonthOfTheMilitaryChild

Come out and shop at The Glenview Center's Book Fair this week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-6:30 p.m. It's open to the community!

Reminder: On a road with fewer than four lanes, all traffic approaching a stopped school bus from either direction must stop at least 10 feet from the front or rear of the bus and remain stopped until the bus begins to move or the driver signals motorists to proceed.

Today is National School Librarian Day. BVCSD is grateful for all its school librarians today and every day!

BVCSD Families: There is a structure fire in Bay Village on Donald Ave. behind the Malley's area. The smoke is thick in that area, and some traffic may be rerouted. Please exercise caution if dropping students at BMS and Normandy. Thank you!
Volunteers Muriel Bourn (BHS) and Bernadette Power (district parent) pulled ivy at Westerly's Garden Club space last week. Mrs. Carney and her team have big plans for the space that will be put into place in stages over the next few years. Thanks to everyone involved!

Don't forget to wear Purple tomorrow!

April is Month of the Military Child. Show your support for BVCSD's military-connected children by wearing Purple each Friday in April! Thank you!
