Members

Dr. Andrey Stojic

Dr. Andrey Stojic, President

Dr. Stojic was elected to the Bay Village School Board in November, 2021, and has served on the Curriculum, Wellness and Human Capital committees. He is a neurologist and epileptologist, and serves as the Center Director of General and Regional Neurology in the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute. He received his B.A. in Biology at Wittenberg University and degree in Medicine and Ph.D. in Neurosciences at the University Of Toledo Medical Center.  Dr. Stojic completed his medical internship at MetroHealth Medical Center, followed by residency training in neurology and epilepsy at the Cleveland Clinic.  He and has his wife, Kim, have three children -- 2017 and 2023 Bay High School graduates, and a student at Bay High School. Current term expires December 31, 2025 (election for board seat November, 2025).

Mrs. Amy Huntley

Mrs. Amy Huntley, Vice President

Re-elected to the Board of Education in November, 2021, after a 2-year hiatus, Mrs. Huntley has held numerous roles on the Bay Village Board of Education throughout her service from 2002-2019. Recently, she has served on the Buildings & Grounds and Human Capital committees. She has lived in Bay Village for 49 years and is a graduate of Bay High School. Mrs. Huntley has also served as PTA President for Normandy and Westerly, Treasurer of five PTA units and treasurer of Bay Music Boosters. Her husband, Tom, is a retired Bay Village Schools teacher, all six of her children attended Bay Village Schools K-12, and soon, two of her grandchildren will enter the district. In addition to pursuing her passion for continuing the excellence of Bay Village Schools, she is a CPA and owner of Huntley & Co., LLC. Mrs. Huntley holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Current term expires December 31, 2025 (election for board seat November, 2025).

Mrs. Debbie Callihan

Mrs. Debbie Callihan

Mrs. Callihan was elected to the Board in November, 2023. This new Board member will serve on the Curriculum Learning Committee and the Audit/Finance Committee, including Buildings and Grounds. She is also the OSBA Student Achievement Liaison.

Mrs. Callihan is a retired teacher having taught for 33 years at Lakewood City Schools. She holds a degree in Mathematics  and Education from Kent State University. Her post-graduate work was done at Cleveland State University and Baldwin Wallace University. As a teacher in Lakewood, Mrs. Callihan worked as a Classroom Teacher Educator for Cleveland State University, training undergraduates in classroom instruction and management. She and her husband moved to Bay Village 40 years ago. Her daughter is a graduate of Bay Village Schools, and now her daughter and her husband have three sons in the district -- 3rd grade, 7th grade and 8th grade. Mrs. Callihan is a past member and chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee, the Bay Middle School building committee, the Strategic Vision Advisory Committee and a member of PTA. Current term expires December 31, 2027 (election for board seat November, 2027).

Mr. James Goodman

Mr. James Goodman

Mr. Goodman was elected to the Bay Village Board of Education in November, 2023. He will serve on the Wellness and Policy committees. Mr. Goodman currently serves as a trustee for the Bay Village Education Foundation, has previously served on the Citizens for Bay Schools levy committee and acts as head coach for the Bay Village Rockets Blue 12U travel baseball team. Professionally, Mr. Goodman works in the IT Contracts, Finance, and Vendor Management office at Case Western Reserve University.  He and his family have lived in Bay Village for seven years. He and his partner, Angie, have two boys; a student at Bay Middle School and a soon-to-be kindergartener. Mr. Goodman holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. Current term expires December 31, 2027 (election for board seat November, 2027).

Dr. Scott Schulz

Dr. Scott Schulz

Dr. Schulz was appointed by the Board in November, 2020, to fill a vacated seat, and was elected in November, 2021, to his first term. He is vice president for enrollment management at Baldwin Wallace University and has spent most of his professional career in post-secondary education. He has held positions at Pennsylvania State University, Saint Martin's University and the University of Southern California. Dr. Schulz volunteers with American Corporate Partners, helping to mentor military veterans. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a Ph.D. in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He and his wife, Ruth, have two daughters in the district. Dr. Schulz has served on the Board's Finance and Policy committees, and the district's Purple Star Committee. Current term expires December 31, 2025 (election for board seat November, 2025).
