Bay Village Schools has achieved a 5-Star rating by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, and a Performance Index score of 108.23 (up from 107.9 last year and 106.1 the year before that) on the 2025-26 State Report Card. This milestone represents the highest Performance Index in Bay Village Schools history, and positions the district as the top 16th-ranked public school district in the entire state, placing it among the top five districts in Northeast Ohio and top four in the county.
Other important information to share is that Bay High is ranked #5 in the state, Bay Middle #11 in the state and Westerly #21 in the state (up 22 spots from last year!). Normandy was again rated a 5-Star school. (Normandy is not ranked since state testing begins in third grade.)
