Veterans Wall Wrap Project:
Bay Middle School is proud to honor the veterans in our community with a veterans wall wrap, made possible through the generosity of our PTO. The idea began when Technology Teacher Cassy Hunt created a Veterans project with the help of Head Librarian Melissa Wolf for her technology students. The students interviewed a family member who served in the military, as part of the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. These interviews were recorded and were turned into interactive posters for all to see in the middle school. Art Teacher Wendy Fortunato designed the wall wrap background as part of the lasting tribute to our veterans.
We are incredibly grateful to our generous PTO for making this project possible, and we hope the wall serves as a meaningful reminder of our gratitude to all who served and continue to serve our country.
