Dear Families,
Once again, the Bay High School Girls Soccer Team won the Division III State Championship last weekend (they are back-to-back State Champs), and we’re going to celebrate the team with a Mini Rocket Parade at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19. All are welcome to line the route and cheer for the team as they pass by!
The Mini Rocket Parade will feature the Girls Soccer Team, Bay High Rocket Marching Band and Rockettes, Cheerleaders, Bay Village Police Department and the Bay Village Fire Department. The Parade will begin in front of Bay Middle School, 27725 Wolf Road, at 4 p.m., and head west along Wolf Road to Bay High School, 29230 Wolf Road, ending at Bay High Memorial Stadium. We expect the Mini Rocket Parade to arrive at Bay High School at approximately 4:20 p.m. (Wolf Road along the route will be temporarily shut down during the parade.)
The celebration will continue at Bay High Memorial Stadium, where Athletic Director Matt Spellman will say a few words, as well as Coach Scott Simpson and a few of the players.
Early Dismissal For Bay High School Only:
In honor of our Bay High State Soccer Champs, a Pep Rally assembly is scheduled for Bay High School students at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19. All BHS students will be dismissed at 2 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the Pep Rally.
