General Event Information
–Third Annual Military Appreciation Night to honor area Veterans and Active Duty Military.
–Free admission for Veterans and those who are currently serving in the Armed Forces.
(Please let our ticket staff members know when you arrive so they can let you in for free.)
–Boys Varsity Game vs. Rocky River begins at 6 p.m.
–Girls Varsity Game vs. Rocky River begins at 7:15 p.m.
Warm-ups
–During pre-game warm-ups, members of the Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball Teams from Bay Village and Rocky River will wear T-shirts from branches of the U.S. Armed Forces
Pre-game Color Guard Ceremony Before Girls Game – Approximately 7 p.m.
–Members of the VFW and American Legion will lead the National Anthem Color Guard Ceremony before the Girls Varsity Game.
–The Bay High School Choraleers will sing The Star-Spangled Banner and America the Beautiful.
Halftime of the Girls Game – Approximately 8:15 p.m.
–Board Member Dr. Scott Schulz shares the history of Bay Village Schools’ commitment to Military Families and Purple Star designation by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.
