     COSTUME CONTEST!

Students may participate in a costume contest on the 31st! Look out for a google form in your email to sign up to be entered. There will be a winner for each grade with a gift card prize. The entire student body is invited to dress up, not just those entering the contest. Costumes may not include anything resembling a weapon or a face mask/face covering. All costumes must be school-appropriate. If you are unsure, see Mr Martin or Mr Inman prior to the 31st with any questions! We hope to see you all participating!

There will be an organizational meeting for Baseball on Monday October 30th after school in Room 113.  Any player interested in playing baseball next spring should attend.  If you have any questions, please see Coach Boka.

Science Night is Monday, Oct. 30th!

Many volunteers are needed to make this fun night happen.  5 Science classrooms and the library will be decorated for Halloween!  Students model fun science demonstrations in areas of optics, electromagnetism, chemistry, mechanics, pressure, density, and thermodynamics.  Students and families from Glenview, Normandy, and Westerly come through to enjoy our themed science night from 6-8:30 pm!  It's a fun way to demonstrate your science enthusiasm, inspire future scientists, and earn NHS service hours!  There are a lot of different ways to participate. Please see Mr. Clifford or Mrs. Sutterlin to sign up.  We need all of the volunteers we can get for this fun night.  It gets bigger every year.  You do not need to be a member of the Science Club for this event.  All are welcome! Volunteers will attend a planning/practice meeting on Monday, Oct. 23rd after school in Room 206.  This is an important meeting for all volunteers.
