BMS Announcements:
Attention BMS! Builders Club is hosting a food drive for St. Barnabas to help our community. Please bring non-perishable food items to your home base starting Tuesday, January 20, through Friday, January 30. Look for posters around the school to find out what items are needed most. Please no beans or food in glass jars. The home base that collects the most items AND has 100% participation will receive donuts.
A big congratulations to our Bay Middle School Power of the Pen competition team, who traveled to Strongsville this past Saturday to compete in the Power of the Pen District Tournament.
The competition was fierce as they wrote against 16 other local teams.
Individual awards were earned by:
7th Graders Rory Gilland (earned 12th place among all other 7th grade writers) and London Goodpaster (who earned 10th place among all other 7th grade writers).
Our 7th-grade writing team also earned 2nd place overall!

An individual award in 8th grade went to Charlotte Colman, who earned 3rd place out of all competing 8th graders.

Attention all Wrestling fans! Tonight, your Bay Rockets take on the Rangers of Lakewood and the Rebels of Shiloh, starting at 4:30!
Wrestlers who did not weigh in yesterday, come see Mr.Fitchpatrick before lunch today. All wrestlers meet right after school to prepare the BMS gym for the match.
