Sports Report:
The 8th-grade girls volleyball team added another win to their record last night, beating the Bucks of Buckeye in 2. The scores of the games were 25-22 and 25-10. Grace Kehoe led the team with 3 aces, followed by Maeve McManamon and Reagan Miller with 2, and Amelia Vasil with 1. Lanie Fischer led the team in the front row with 3 kills, one of those being the game-winning point. Grace Kehoe, Kinsley Liller, Reagan Miller, Morgan Parris and Paige Thomas also contributed with kills in the front row. Blaire Glass, Mackenzie Lowry, Raquel Schafer, Mia Urbansky, and Amelia Vasil were all over the floor picking up hits, tips, and free balls sent over by the Bucks. It truly was a team win! The Rockets are away tonight to take on Parma Greenbriar!
Let’s remember to RESPECT OUR COMMUNITY with KINDNESS, EMPATHY, and TOLERANCE.
