BMS Announcements:
Hey BMS, did you attend last year’s Art Show?
Remember how fun it was to see all the amazing art and to buy something from one of the food trucks?
We are super excited to host this year’s Art Show on Thursday, May 1st!
Coming to the Middle School Art Show is like going on a field trip to an Art Gallery or Museum. Come and enjoy seeing all the artwork.
You can see what your classmates have done and get a glimpse of what may be coming for you next year in art classes.
Whether you have something in the show or not, we encourage everyone to stop by.
It promises to be a great event with lots to enjoy.
Calling all incoming 7th and 8th graders—it's time to BRING IT! Middle School cheer tryouts are coming up. Get ready to show off your spirit, stunts, and tumbling. Whether you've cheered before or you're just full of energy and school pride, we want YOU on the squad! Let's make this season unforgettable. There will be a quick informational meeting on Tuesday, May 6th, right after school in the cafeteria. We hope to see you there.
In case you haven’t heard, the 18th annual Bike To School Challenge begins Monday, May 5th. Remember to get those bikes cleaned, helmets adjusted, tires inflated, and the gears and brakes fixed because the Bike to School Challenge is ready to kick off another exciting season.
On Monday, anyone biking to school will not only be receiving their 1st stamp of the challenge on their ride card but will also be “eating fresh” at Subway because you’ll be receiving a coupon for a buy one, get one 6-inch sandwich. Get excited! Remember, the more you ride, the more prizes you could win.
Hey, 8th graders!
Want to get to know other BHS students before you even enter the high school in August?
Would you like to be part of a team at BHS?
Would you like to compete? Perform? Stunt? Tumble?
Come try out for BHS Cheerleading NEXT WEEK! You can cheer for just one or both seasons.
Clinics start on Monday (May 5th). You will learn and practice cheers, dances, tumbling, and stunting. Tryouts are on Thursday (May 8th).
If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Kralik in the 5th-grade hallway. You can also hear more about BHS Cheerleading.
