BMS Announcements
Congratulations to the members of the BMS Power of the Pen Team who competed at the state tournament last Friday at Ashland University.
8th Grader Camryn Williams was joined by seventh graders Allison Pistorino, Claire Jenkins and Veronica Sebastian. The team represented BMS well. A special congratulations to Allison on her Platinum Pen Award. She will have work published in the 2023 Power of the Pen Book of Winners.
Also, all 7th grade Power of the Pen members are invited to Mrs. Goldberg's room this Friday to celebrate a great year. The festivities will run from 3:00-3:30.

Attention all BMS Students who play softball. There will be a meeting in Mr. Barberic's room on Tuesday May 30th at 3:00PM with Coach Dugan from the high school.
Players from all grade levels, 5 through 8, are encouraged to attend to learn about summer camps, workouts and to meet Coach Barberic and Coach Dugan. The meeting will last for about 20 minutes. Hope to see you there.
Attention any current 6th or 7th grade boy or girl interested in running cross country next fall....there will be a meeting next Wednesday, May 31 in Mr Kralik's room after school (8th grade hallway--last room on the left). Any questions see Mr Brewer.
ATTENTION ALL CURRENT SIXTH AND SEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS!
All singers are welcome to come to open rehearsals for the BMS Chamber Choir today, May 24th, Thursday, May 25th, and Friday, May 26th at 7AM! Come check it out, and see Mr. Novak if you have any questions!
Any current sixth and seventh grade students who are interested in playing in the jazz band
next school year should attend the jazz band rehearsal sessions on: Wednesday, May 24,
2023, through Friday, May 26, 2023, at 7:00 AM in the band room. Please make sure to
bring your instruments so that you may play along! Hope to see you there!
