ATTENTION ALL CURRENT SIXTH AND SEVENTH-GRADE STUDENTS!
All singers are welcome to come to open rehearsals for the BMS Chamber Choir on Wednesday, May 24th, Thursday, May 25th, and Friday, May 26th at 7AM! Come check it out, and see Mr. Novak if you have any questions!
Attention all Power of the Pen members: we will not be meeting this week because of States.
State writers: there will be no meeting after school today. Please check your email with reminders for tomorrow.
Good luck to 7th graders Veronica Sebastian, Allison Pistorino, & Claire Jenkins and 8th grader Cam Williams, who will travel to Ashland University tomorrow to compete at Power of the Pen States. Go Bay! We are all so proud of your accomplishments.
"BMS cheerleading tryout clinics begin Tuesday, May 23rd! Tryouts are open to any rising 7th or 8th-grade student. Tryout packets are available in the main office. Please see the posters in the hallway for more info. Go Rockets!"
Any current sixth and seventh-grade students who are interested in playing in the jazz band
next school year should attend the jazz band rehearsal sessions on: Wednesday, May 24,
2023, through Friday, May 26, 2023, at 7:00 AM in the band room. Please make sure to
bring your instruments so that you may play along! Hope to see you there!
The night of Friday, May 19, come out to see the BMS Jazz Band and Ensemble Choir perform at Barnes and Noble at Crocker Park! The choir will sing at 6:00 with the jazz band following at 7:00. A percentage of the purchases that evening will support the Bay Middle School Library. Please come and see the 7th and 8th grade BMS choir ensemble and 7th and 8th grade BMS jazz band at Crocker Park Barnes and Noble Friday, May 19!
Attention 8th Grade Boys! The high school mens cross country coach will be here today, May 18th, at 3:15 pm to talk to those interested in running for the Rockets XC team in the fall. You will meet in the cafeteria.
Attention 8th-grade girls: are you looking for a fun team to join in the fall? Try out for girls golf! Coach Budzyn will be at lunch today with information about golf this fall!
