
All BVCSD parents are invited to Parent Night at Bay Middle School in the Cafeteria on Wed., Sept. 25 at 6:30 pm This evening's parent seminar focuses on Phone and Internet Safety with local FBI experts sharing presentations. You don't need to be a 5-8 grade parent to attend.


Fall officially starts at 8:43 a.m. this morning. This is officially known as the Autumn Equinox. We tend to say Fall, but our British friends say Autumn. The season was originally called Harvest due to the Harvest Moon, when the full moon is closest to the autumn equinox.

The Bay Village Board of Education announces a special board meeting on Mon., Sept. 23. The Board will be touring 4 of the 5 school buildings, starting with BHS at 6:30 pm, then Westerly, Glenview and Normandy. No Board action is anticipated.


Today is a district wide professional day, and Bay High School teachers spent time working through their strategic plan goals and action plans during small group breakout sessions.


Normandy teachers, aides, support staff and bus drivers are all engaging in PAX training as part of today's district wide professional development programming for faculty and staff.
