Flag Day Factoids:
1. Flag Day was created by a teacher.
2. Congress officially recognized the flag on June 14, 1777.
3. It's a national holiday, but only PA recognizes Flag Day as a legal state holiday...the flag was born there.

Before summer break, Mrs. Hack's first-graders enjoyed a beach and pool theme in their classroom.
