Supt. Shryock, a volunteer unit supervisor and field archeologist with the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, visited the Knickerbocker Apartments yesterday morning to share a presentation about her most recent prehistoric dig in Milan, OH.

On Friday afternoon, Westerly's new Musical Playground was officially dedicated to former Westerly music teacher Carrie Engelbrecht. Thank you, Cara Radcliffe '21 for this amazing project. And thank you to our Choraleers and all our guests who made this event so very special!




On Saturday, the BHS Boys Basketball team went to the Knickerbocker Senior Apartments for their 3rd annual holiday caroling event. The residents were thrilled to hear the songs and share refreshments.

Last night put Bay Middle School Jazz Band and 7/8 Grade Bands in the holiday concert spotlight! Congrats to our talented students and their amazing teachers, and to Mr. Ereditario and Mr. Grodek as guest narrators.




BHS Youth Philanthropy Fellowship (YPF) holds its canned food drive this week, Dec 13-17 for the Cleveland Food Bank/Bay Presbyterian Church to help families for the holidays! Drive-up collections can be dropped off by the brown canopy doors of the High School.


The Bay Village Schools concert season continues! Last night the BMS and BHS orchestras shared their talents. Congratulations to our wonderful teachers and their talented students for shining brightly on stage!

Last week, Mrs. Fanter's Freshman English students got to perform the final scene of Romeo & Juliet with Great Lakes Theater actors. GLT also worked with Junior English students to perform scenes from Death of a Salesman.


For the Boys Basketball games tonight, any student who brings 4 non-perishable food items will get in FREE! Non-perishable items to benefit YPF's Food Drive and the Cleveland Food Bank.

BHS Key Clubbers invited staff and students to donate 100 toys to Greater Cleveland children in need through the Salvation Army's Tree of Hope project! Project Chair Anna Mayer and her team delivered the donations earlier this week. Thanks to all who donated to this cause!




Last night, BHS Auditorium was filled with the sounds of the season as Mrs. Gess and her talented choral students took the stage!
