July is National Ice Cream Month. Here's a quick way to make ice cream with the kiddos this summer...Slice 2 bananas and freeze on a parchment-covered baking sheet for 30 min. Blend frozen bananas and 2 T of cocoa powder for 1-2 min in a blender or food processor. Enjoy!
