Westerly 4th grade construction experts in Ms. Hakkio's & Mr. Maxwell's classes created Winter Wonderland Gingerbread houses. Students had to choose materials and honor a budget based on a materials cost sheet. They also had to find the perimeter and area of the sides and floor.
